by his best friend for his girlfriend.

she sent him to the soul society he spent 2 years later and enetered the
soul reaper academy.he was the first to be recruited during his 5th year there
and entered the 11 squad as a 4th seat. He didnt like how they had worked
and how the captains never went to earth to help the souls and then left to
them by him self .while Eternity was at eath he met jackal as he saved her from being attacked by a hollow,at first he thought since he saved her he didnt
need to see her.but slowly he started to become her friend and always come
to her house and then transfer to her school.he became her best friend
.when she died he went back to the soul soceity to find her but couldnt,he started to become more obssesive with finding her.
(hollow)his grief and obsession started to turn him into a hollow.he eneded tuning into a complete hollow the next year from devouring the other hollows.he kept devouring hollows till he became a vasto lordes.he wanted more power so he could get out of las noches to find jackal at the soul society.
he took off his mask becoming an arancar,he was aked to join the espada because of his large imount of power.
he is still looking for jackal and became sadisticly attached to her.
